Soils, consisting of a combination of deep gravels and a sizeable clayey layer. The wine is aged for 18 months in French barrels, 75% of which is new wood. The blend in 2012 was 71% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot 2 percent Cabernet Franc and 1% Petit Verdot.
