From a classic producer this, blend is made up of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier sourced from the very best sites of the Champagne region. This unique cuvee is vinified entirely in oak and then aged for 5 years on the lees, giving it richness and power.  Great with mushroom dishes or shellfish.
