The Bieler Family Daisy is a blend of four white grape varieties, co-fermented at the precise moment of optimal ripeness. Daisy opens with plush aromas of grapefruit, lychee, licorice and summer flowers, framed by a flinty minerality. The palate has a nice interplay between rich, ripe notes and a firm acid backbone.
