Lamberti

Glacial Soils Near Lake Garda

Lamberti is named after one of Verona’s oldest noble families. The winery was founded in 1964 in Cavaion (province of Verona), originally producing just Bardolino Classico. Now Lamberti is one of the Verona district’s leading wineries and is known worldwide. The original cellars are located in Cavaion (province of Verona), on Lake Garda, on the Tenuta Preella estate, whose name means “small stone” in local dialect.

The soils of the lake area around the estate are in fact of glacial origin and therefore rich in stones left in the phase of the retreat of the glacier. The Lamberti winery is surrounded by a 23-hectare vineyard in the heart of the Bardolino Classico. It is here, surrounded by the fantastic scenery of Lake Garda, the typical grapes from which Lamberti wines are born are grown. The Lamberti vineyards are able to give unmistakable organoleptic properties to the grapes of their wines.
