Having worked in some of the best bar programs in New York City, learning from handfuls of the greatest talent in the industry, and having the good fortune of taking the unfortunate circumstances the pandemic provided, Hugo's Cocktails was born.

When restaurants throughout New York and the rest of the world were forced to close in 2020, Cristian lost his job and began making drinks to sell to his friends to help support his family. They were becoming so popular while everyone was stuck inside their homes that he thought it might make sense to give it a go as a legitimate business. Two years later, working from recipes honed throughout years working behind the bar, Hugo's Cocktails became a reality.

Hugo's Cocktails are fresh, fruit-forward cocktails meant to be enjoyed anywhere, right from the can or over ice. They created their drinks with an emphasis on fresh juice you can see and taste. Made with organic ingredients when possible, real sweeteners like organic blue agave, and inspiration from local sourcing, Hugo's Cocktails were made to be enjoyed.
