Bottega Wines

A Veneto Producer of Wine and Distilled Spirits

Bottega is an Italian winery and distillery based in Veneto, in the heart of Italy’s Prosecco region. The company produces Prosecco, still wines, grappa, liqueurs, and spirits that are enjoyed around the world. The Bottega family has cultivated vines in the hills of Veneto, Italy for centuries. Records trace the family’s involvement in viticulture to the early 1600s, when their ancestors farmed vineyards in the hills above the Molinetto della Croda in Refrontolo. Over generations, this agricultural tradition evolved into a passion for winemaking and distillation that would shape the modern Bottega brand.

The company has its premises in an 18th-century farmhouse which has been renovated, keeping its original architectural features. The vineyards surrounding it are grown in full compliance with organic agriculture principles and are inside the Prosecco DOC production area. It spans from Conegliano to the Valdobbiadene hills. It is a land rich in watercourses that create a scenic landscape, where the vineyards leave room to ancient castles, Venetian-style villas and rural houses. The area is characterized by a mild climate and alluvial clay soils which are rich in minerals, creating the ideal conditions for enhancing the features of Glera grapes.

Known for its distinctive gold bottles and commitment to craftsmanship, Bottega combines centuries of winemaking tradition with modern production techniques.
