This sparkling wine is made from 50% Pinot Noir, 49% Chardonnay, and 1% Meunier, with fruit sourced from both the Western Cape and the Graham Beck estate vineyards. The grapes are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed, with each variety fermented separately after settling. Its distinctive silver-pink hue comes naturally from gentle color extraction during the transport of the Pinot Noir fruit to the cellar. The wine is then aged for 15 months on the lees prior to disgorgement, adding texture and complexity while maintaining freshness and elegance.
