As it’s springtime in Verona (and starting to warm up in New York) no bundle would be complete without a fresh organic rosé. This mostly Groppello wine is perfect for the weather. It has gorgeous citrus, berry, yeasty biscuit dough, and white flower aromas that dance out of the glass. Aging on the lees and blending in the dark-skinned Marzemino, Barbera, and Sangiovese give this rosé an unexpected heft and complexity that we love.
