Deep in the heart of Beaune (a region more well known for still Pinot Noir and Chardonnay) comes the excellent (and excellently priced) Jaffelin cremants. They are lifted and delicious and offer maybe the best value in all of Burgundy.
Lovely hue with rose petal nuances. On the nose, the Crémant reveals aromas of flowers and fresh fruit. Nice and lively on entry to the palate, which opens with subtle aromas of red fruit.
