Grifalco Aglianico del Vulture Gricos 2022

After a stint in Tuscany the couple behind Grifalco decided to decamp for a new project somewhere else in Italy. In Basilicata they found terroir and untapped potential that they were excited to explore, particularly in the shadow of the Vulture volcano where stellar Aglianico grows. This wine is their entry level bottling and it is a delightful look at what the grape can be.
