Domaine Vincent Dampt Petit Chablis 2024

This 100% Chardonnay is produced using organic practices and comes from two vineyard parcels: about 70% from the village of Fyé, located just behind Grand Cru Les Clos, and about 20% from just above Premier Cru Beauroy. The vines are over 40 years old and grow in classic Portlandian limestone soils that are rocky and full of stones. The wine is fermented with ambient yeasts and both fermented and aged in stainless steel, preserving its freshness and sense of place.
