This wine is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Sémillon from a sunny hillside vineyard overlooking the Garonne River. Made from hand-harvested vines grown on clay and limestone soils, it’s fermented gently and aged on its lees to build texture and balance. Only a limited amount is produced each year, with most of it reserved for the U.S. market.
