This is an incredibly cool Missouri Bourbon Whiskey. The Holladay Rickhouse Soft Winter Wheat is a unique blend of some rare concepts in bourbon. A wheated bourbon swaps out rye for wheat which results in a softer mouthfeel with different sugar levels. This rickhouse proof (meaning it’s bottled at the exact alcohol proof it sat in the barrel without cutting down to a round number) is blended from across the barrels in the Holladay rickhouses. No two releases are exactly the same but they will all be full of flavor.
