Domaine aux Moines Le Berceau des Fees 1.5L Magnum

This comes from Tessa Laroche's youngest vines, in Savenieres near a row of trees known as the Berceau des Fees-- the "cradle of the ferries." It is perhaps one of the most straightforward and cleanest expressions of Loire Valley chenin blanc. It's a good wine for those wanting something delicious but also a bottle to learn from. This is chenin blanc on a blank slate-- no fining, no filtering, minimal SO2 used, no oak. Pure Chenin. Labeled as non vintage but (2025)
