Altare Barolo 2021

This Nebbiolo is sourced from a selection of vineyards across Castiglione Falletto, Bricco Ambrogio in Roddi, Saramassa in Barolo, and Cerretta in Serralunga d’Alba, bringing together fruit from some of the region’s most respected sites. After a short 4–5 day maceration on the skins in stainless steel, the wine is aged for 24 months in 100% used French oak barriques to preserve purity and elegance while adding subtle structure. Production is limited to just 833 cases annually, reflecting its small-scale, site-driven approach.
