Felsina Vin Santo 375ml 2017

This Chianti Classico wine is embodied by the “mother” (the remains of the previous vintages) being moved from the previous years casks to the next. The Trebbiano, Malvasia, and Sangiovese grapes are carefully dried out before aging. This is one of our favorite sweet wines (a category that needs so much more love) and we think everyone, but especially Italian wine lovers, should try this.
