This is a craft sake that comes from Industry City in Brooklyn, and is one of the few non-Japanese sake producers that is imported to Japan. This bottle is made with American rice and water from the Catskills and is designed to be enjoyed as fresh as possible. It’s light on the palate and leans to the dry side of sake, with just a little touch of sweetness.
