Château Vieux Moulin is located in Montbrun des Corbieres in the heart of the Corbieres appellation, in the very centre of the Languedoc. The domain is more than 200 years old and is now run by Alexandre They, 7th generation, who took over the estate in 1998 with his wife Laurence. They have 70 acres of land entirely certified organic. Alexandre is a young and visionary winemaker who distinguished himself in the region by making authentic Corbieres wines, full of life, expressive, and honest. Alexandre and his wife believe in growing their vineyards under the best environmental practices, preserving high level of biodiversity and preserving the natural resources. The respect of nature's systems and cycles is key in making their terroir driven wines. All wines are fermented with native yeast and made with minimal intervention.
