Herdade do Esporao Colheita Branco 2022

This organically farmed white wine is produced exclusively from grapes grown at Herdade do Esporão, capturing the unique character of its vineyards and the distinct conditions of the 2022 vintage. A blend of Alvarinho, Arinto, Verdelho, Gouveio, and Viosinho, it comes from 13-year-old vines planted in schist-derived, clay-loam soils. Despite a particularly dry growing season, careful vineyard management and a precisely timed harvest allowed each variety to reach its ideal expression. Partially fermented in concrete tanks and aged on its fine lees for four months, the wine is vibrant and expressive, balancing freshness, texture, and a strong sense of place with remarkable purity and energy.
