Special Club 1er Cru Brut Champagne Marc Hebrart 2021

This Champagne is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, sourced from Mareuil-sur-Aÿ Premier Cru and Louvois Grand Cru vineyards with vines over 50 years old. Produced using practicing organic farming methods, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve freshness and precision. It is then aged for 36 months on the lees, adding texture and complexity, before finishing with a dosage of 5.5 g/L for balance and elegance.
