Sandhi Pinot Noir Santa Rita Hills 2023

This Pinot Noir is made from fruit sourced primarily from Domaine de la Côte vineyards in the Sta. Rita Hills AVA, along with select sites including William Hines & Family Vineyard, Rancho La Viña, and Patterson Vineyard. Produced using practicing organic farming methods, the grapes are hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts in open-top concrete tanks. The wine is then aged for nine months in neutral French oak barrels, allowing the purity of the fruit and vineyard character to remain at the forefront. Bottled at 13.5% ABV, it reflects a balanced and site-driven expression of Sta. Rita Hills Pinot Noir.
