This one is fresh, light even. The touch of pink coming from the slight exposure to the red grape. These grapes are harvested at night because that’s when they are crisper in the lower temperatures. Not so good for the Miquels' sleep patterns but definitely good in your glass. Where you’ll find hints of red fruits, strawberry and redcurrants. Summer fruits for a summer wine. Which is often enjoyed in winter. And Spring. And Autumn.
