Organically farmed chenin blanc form just over an acre of land that is composed of a sandy sort of limestone with some clay. The wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks and shows remarkable complexity for a wine made in such a neutral vessel. This of course has a lot to do with the magnificent grape chenin blanc.
