Domaine Chatelain Les Cailloux Silex Pouilly Fume 2021

The Chatelain family has been growing grapes in the Loire since 1630.  The vines for this bottling are grown on Silex soils which gives it that classic flinty minerality for which Pouilly Fume is renowned.  Pairs with seafood, poultry and goat cheeses.
