This wine is a synthesis of the Rampolla family’s ideas about wine. It’s weighty, but still remains graceful. Classically styled but with a piercing minerality that lifts the deep, dark fruit. Some critics go as far as to call it transcendent giving it huge scores (97 Points, Vinous; 96 Points James Suckling; 98 Points, Wine Advocate).
