Domaine Taupenot-Merme Chambolle Musigny 2022

This wine is crafted from grapes sourced from two prized lieux-dits, Les Bussières and La Taupe. Fully de-stemmed, the grapes are fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with gentle punchdowns and pumpovers to preserve freshness. The wine is aged 12–15 months in lightly toasted barrels, with up to 25% new oak, then rested in tanks for three months before being bottled unfined and rarely filtered, resulting in a pure, expressive expression of the vineyard.
