A monopole AOC from one of the most well respected and established biodynamic producers in all of France. The site on which the Chenin Blanc vines are planted has produced wine for a consecutive 892 vintages, since 1130. Every year they are producing wines unparalleled in intensity and ageworthyness. This dry Chenin should either be drunk immediately or forgotten in your cellar for the next decade or two.
