Obsidian Ridge Estate Grown Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This is a wine that is an exploration of volcanic soil in a part of the world where twenty years ago, they planted a vineyard on an old abandoned walnut orchard, 2,875 feet high in the Mayacamas Mountains that turned out to be a ridge of solid black Obsidian glass. All of the extremes in this site come together to form a truly interesting wine that we think is worth trying for any Cabernet fan.
