Bird in Hand Sparkling Rose 2023

Bubbles make everything better, and this sparkling rosé is a fun one. Predominantly made with Pinot Noir, the winemakers only left the skins in contact with the juice to extract a tiny amount of pink color. The result is a light, delicate sparkling, pearl pink with floral notes and hints of fresh strawberry and citrus blossom on the nose. The palate is lively annd evokes flavors of fleshy red berry fruits with a delicate bead, leading to a refreshing, clean finish.
