Did you know that one of our favorite sakes comes from New York City? A few years back Brooklyn Kura opened their brewery in Industry City and quickly built a devoted following. The sake was so good that they became one of the few non-Japanese sakes to be imported back into Japan!!! We have become friends with them and decided to do a class together. We will be tasting 5 sakes that run the gamut of styles. For the sake curious and enthusiasts alike.
