The vineyard spans 103.5 hectares on Medoc’s classic gravelly soils, with 50-year-old vines planted at 7,700 per hectare and carefully managed with traditional plowing and hand-harvesting. The wine is a blend of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, and 5% Petit Verdot, fermented in oak vats and aged for 15 months in 50% new oak barrels. This elegant Saint-Julien showcases the power, structure, and refinement expected from one of Bordeaux’s great estates.
