Made from Macabeo and Garantxa Blanca, this Catalonian wine displays rare precision in a region with grapes known for making more flat wines. An almost riesling like nose, the medium bodied wine has great aciditiy that makes the wine seem even lighter. Really good wine to sip and think about but would also accompany a wide array of dishes.
