Today the Shannon family has over 2,000 acres of mountain property, half of which is under vine. The farm system is sustainable, organic, and even regenerative. Through serious water conservation, carbon sequestration, and more the Shannons are making serious impact in Lake County.This sustainable cabernet wine is a blend of clusters from High Valley that deliver bright red fruit and tannins, from Red Hills which contributes lush, ripe fruit character, and from Big Valley which adds a rounded complexity and texture to the Cabernet Sauvignon.
