This wine was inspired by the wines of sommelier cult producer, Maxime Magnon, and Beaujolais’ Gang of Four in Morgon, and the Railsback brothers decided to make a whole-cluster Carignan using partial carbonic maceration, which makes for a juicy-fruited, crushable red that can take a chill.
