This trentino based winery is led by superstar winemakers Cyril Brun who left Charles Heidsieck in Champagne to oversee this ascendant Italian sparkling winemaker. 

This wine is 100% Chardonnay and spends 15 months aging on the lees with 20 months in bottle. The bouquet is broad and full of apples and white flowers with a touch of bready yeast.
