The grapes for this wine were sourced from three Coombsville vineyards: Meteor, The Rabbit Hole, and Collinetta. The color is inky purple and the aromas are intensely aromatic. Deep berry fruit is layered cedar, spice, and chocolate. It’s full-bodied with a concentration of flavors and velvety texture on the palate where the fine tannins frame licorice, purple flowers, and pencil shavings. Fresh, delicious, and inviting (but also importantly ageworthy). A classic Coombsville Cab.
