Inspired by the Basque on a trip to Spain, Peter Yi enlisted his sister’s help and today they have a great local business where they make some great ciders (now in to-go formats!). Kinda Dry only goes through one fermentation which is stopped a little early to preserve sweetness and focus on the purity and freshness of the apple’s flavor.
